SELF DEFENCE FEDERATION AUTUMN SEMINAR
Venue: Andy Crittenden's Martial arts Centre,

Times: 10.30am to 3.30pm (With a lunch break 1/2 way through)
Another chance to train with Dave Turton, 8th Dan Head and Founder of the Self Defence Federation. Dave is a fabulous instructor and the chance to train with him should not be missed.
The course will cover:
Session 1 = Aggressive advanced street impact methods
Session 2 = Advanced standing street combat grappling
Cost: £30.00 for SDF and Dragon Freestyle members
£50.00 for non members.
A £10.00 non refundable deposit is required asap to book your place. The balance will be required the week before the course.
Sunday 14th September 2008 - MATCH FIGHT EVENT
Venue: Andy Crittenden's Martial arts Centre,
Sandford Road, Doncaster, DN4 8PL
This event replaces the originally planned tournament with a matched fight event. This means that anyone wishing to enter will be matched up against 1 opponent of a similar age, height, weight and experience. You will fight this 1 person over 2 rounds and both fighters will receive a medal.
Fights for both Light-continuous and Semi-contact points will be available.
Entry fees are £10.00 per person
All fighters must sign in on the day before 11.00am.
Fights will start at 11.00am.
If you would like to enter I will need your weight, height and entry fee by Monday 11th August.

Sunday 9th November 2008 - REVOLUTION TOURNAMENT (3)
Semi-contact points and Light-continuous tournament.
Speak to Ian if you wish to enter.
Sunday 30th November 2008 - GRAPPLE DAY
This event is for anyone who is interested in learning and training in Grappling.
The day will consist of:
10.30am - 12.30pm = Grappling Training
12.30pm - 1.00pm = Lunch break
1.00pm - 3.00pm = Friendly controlled sparring
During the sparring session, 2 people will be matched up equally. A referee will then control a 4 minute round. Attendees will be given as many opportunities to grapple a possible.
The course will also include awards at the end of the day for:
Most Improved - Junior
Best attitude to learning - Junior
Most Technical - Junior
Most Technical - Adult
Course costs:
£10.00 to train
£3.00 to spectate
Anyone wishing to attend needs to register with me and pay their training fee by 30th September 2008.
