What Martial Arts are taught?
Training in Sport Kickboxing can improve fitness, balance, agility, co-ordination and confidence. During training pupils will practice various punching and kicking techniques and combinations to pads. This helps all of the areas mentioned above and is also a great stress reliever. The training drills can be varied to suit the group at the time.
Elements from other Martial Arts may also be included in some sessions to give some variety. eg. Self Defence related techniques.

Who are the instructors?
Experience and Qualifications:
Ian and Naseem have both taught in various schools around the Nottingham area over the past 5 1/2 years. These include the following schools and groups of schools linked to them:
Ellis Guilford, Farnborough School, Bramcote Hills and Ruchcliffe.
Ian holds a 3rd Degree black belt in Kickboxing and a 2nd Degree black belt in Self Defence. Naseem holds a first Dan black belt in Kickboxing. They are both registered instructors with Cobra Martial arts Association (CMAA) and the Self Defence Federation (SDF).
Ian & Naseem both hold Martial Arts Instructors Insurance through the Self Defence Federation and have both had CRB background checks carried out. Documentation is available for inspection upon request.
In addition to teaching in Schools they have clubs in Nottingham and Mansfield called "Dragon Freestyle Kickboxing & Self Defence" which caters for people ages 6 years through to adults of any age wishing to progress their training further.
