Lesson Fees £
Junior classes (age 6-12) = £5,00 per session (members) / £6.00 (non-members)Adult classes (age 13+ / Adults) = £6.00 per session (members) / £7.00 (non-members)
Membership
You can come along for up to 6 trial sessions, after which you will need to become a member. Conce you are a member you will be eligible to take belt gradings and attend other courses and events.Membership is £44.00 and includes the following:
- Reduced lesson fees
- Membership to Dragon Freestyle and PKO for 12 months
- PKO Student Licence Book/ Grading Record
- Dragon Freestyle T-shirt
- A pair of Kickboxing training trousers
- A folder containing information and belt grading syllabus
Sparring Class:
TUESDAY - 8.00pm TO 9.00PMThis class is for Dragon Freestyle members only, and you must already train in the Modern Street Combat class or Adults kickboxing class. You will need to have your own sparring kit in order to attend.
This will be a sparring only class and participants can choose whether they practice Hands only sparring, Light Continuous Kickboxing or Points fighting.
This class immediately follows the SDF Modern Street Combat Class. You can choose to just do the sparring class if you wish, or do the SDF class as well.
