We have classes running from two venues, one in Nottingham and one in Mansfield. You are welcome to attend classes at either or both venues.

Lesson Fees
Members
- Junior classes (Age 6-12) £4.50 per session
- Adults classes (Age 13+) £5.00 per session
Non-Members
- Junior classes (Age 6-12) £5.50 per session
- Adults classes (Age 13+) £6.00 per session
Membership
You can come along for up to 6 trial sessions, after which you will need to become a member. Once you are a member you will be eligible to take belt gradings and attend other courses and events.
Membership is £42.00 and includes the following:
- Reduced lesson fees
- Membership to Dragon Freestyle & PKO for 12 months
- PKO Student Licence Book/ Grading record
- Embroidered Dragon Freestyle t-shirt
- A pair of kickboxing training trousers
- A folder containing information & belt grading syllabus
